LED Marking Sign LED-IMS-650

The PINTSCH ABEN LED marking sign of the type LED-IMS-650 is intended to use for the inverse close range marine marking of offshore wind turbine generators and substations. It is designed for the operation in rough marine environments.

The LED technology combines low power consumption with long service life and guarantees long maintenance intervals.

The LED marking sign fulfils the draft guideline “Richtlinie für die Gestaltung, Kennzeichnung und Betrieb von Windenergieanlagen, WSD Nord und Nordwest“ released on 20 Mai 2009.

The marking sign can be designed in accordance with the requirements and the application i.E. in the quantity or colour of the required characters. The mounting brackets of the marking sign will be designed to customers specification.

Search Light SW 360

The PINTSCH ABEN high intensity search light type SW 360 is mainly used as long range daylight marker for locks, channels, ferries etc. but finds also application as a floodlight to illuminate all kind of traffic and/or road signs, respectively. The housing is waterproof and it is made of corrosion-resistant light metal alloy.

The optical system is an brightened aluminum mirror of 360 mm diameter. The light sources can be an incandescent lamp or metal vapor lamp, depends on application.

Range and distribution of light can be changed by selecting different sizes of lamps and by selecting different types of lenses. The searchlight is horizontally by ±180° and vertically by ±20° adjustable by means of an orientation device, which also serves to fasten the searchlight to the supporting structure.

Port Entry Light (PEL 3-Sector Direction Light) SLF 3 DC

The PINTSCH ABEN 3-Sector Direction Lights of the type SFL 3 DC are based on the optical projection principle and supplies 3 sectors in the colour white, red and green. These lights are used to indicate a fairway, a turning point or a junction point with other channels. Generally the white sector indicates the safe channel, the red and the green sector the restricted area of a fairway. The 3-Sector Direction Light of the type SLF3 DC is available in 6°, 12° or 24° horizontal light angle of aperture. Due to the use of halogen lamps from 5 to 100 W a wide field of operation is covered.

Light signal S210 LED

The PINTSCH ABEN light signal type S210 LED can be delivered as a single or multiple unit and fitted with red, green or amber LED light signal. The housing is made polycarbonate, colored light grey (optionally colored green or black). The front of the signal housing is colored black.
The signal will be delivered with lens hoods and the mounting brackets for will or mast fastening as well. The brackets are made from polycarbonate or optionally made from aluminum.

The photometrical data’s of the S210 LED are in accordance to the Technical standard EN 12368.
Optional the S210 LED is available with 2 level light intensity for day and nighttime use. The reduced nighttime intensity can be activated by reducing supply voltage.

Lock Signal S 145

The PINTSCH ABEN lock signal type S 145 is used as a signal lantern in vessel traffic signs for the operation as traffic signal for locks or bridges and as traffic guidance in water channels. The signal lantern is available with different distribution lenses and different colours (clear, red, green).

The signal is equipped with a device to install a telescope for adjustment. Fixing points are at the housing to install the lantern in Traffic sign panels.

The lock signal type S 145 is a signal lantern composed of one optical system with a 136 mm lens, a reflector and a signal lamp SIG 1255 installed in a lantern housing.

The LED technology combines low power consumption with high light output and long service life and guarantees long maintenance intervals.
The LED illumination light PB UAL-2-12VDC is particularly suitable for the illumination of traffic signs on waterways for a maximum size of 1550 x 2100 mm, hereby the distance between the light and the traffic sign should be 550 -1050 mm.
During the construction of the illumination, it was pay special attention on the replace ability of the existing lights.
A special feature is the compact and rugged design of the lantern The housing is made of seawater resistant aluminium and the lantern glass is made of sturdy polycarbonate.
A ventilation element avoids the condensation of water inside the housing.
The lantern has to be operated with 12VDC.
The installation of the lantern on the existent 1’’ lantern arm has to be done by using an adapter and two G1’’ screw nuts, hereby the cable has to be routed inside the lantern arm.

The change over from day to nighttimes light intensity will done automatically, if the supply voltage is lower than 10 VAC or 14.5 VDC and will switch back to daytime light intensity if the supply voltage is higher than 12 VAC or 16.5 VDC. The change over from day to night-time operation can be activated via a digital input also. The light intensity for the day and night- time operation can be selected in 4-levels.

Leading Light Lantern EER 130

The PINTSCH ABEN leading light lantern type EER 130 is composed of a steel frame, a stainless steel box and an optical system. The different components like flasher, lamp changer, the optical system are installed in a watertight stainless steel box with lockable door at one side.

Range and distribution of light can be changed by selecting different sizes of lamps and between 3 types of lenses (Type A, B or C). A mirror is placed in rear of the lamp to increase the light intensity. The box is fastened at a steel supported frame where optionally an adjustment device can be fixed (adjustment by telescope).

The standard type is equipped with an 6-place lamp changer and an electronic flasher (256 different light characters) for a lamp wattage up to 120 W.
